Stroller Friendly

Yes, every aspect of the Desert Farm Lights Experience is stroller friendly. Walking paths are 8ft wide, so double strollers should be fine too.

Are Pets Permitted?

No pets nor emotional support animals will be permitted at the venue. Service animals only.

Is it Handicap Accessible?

For the most part, Yes! We have had wheelchairs come through easily, and others struggle a bit. We did our best to compact the lands and make it accessible, but we have learned that working with the natural elements doesn't allow us to guarantee the venue to be fully accessible to all. We also have a sensory tent this year, for those with low-sensory need.

Do you offer Military Discount?

Yes! 10% discounts are for military personnel and up to 3 dependents. Those tickets are sold only at the door. Tickets are specially reserved for those individuals, even on sold-out nights.

We have also partnered with Vet Tix this season! Which means that eligible veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and their families can request free tickets through Veteran Tickets Foundation at www.vettix.org or First Tickets Foundation at www.1sttix.org. You must use an existing or create an account to request tickets.

Food

No Outside Food or Beverages (only water.) Food and Beverages available for purchase.

There are adult beverages available for purchase this year!

Can tickets be purchased at the door?

Yes, unless the venue is sold out!

Only exceptions for General Admission Ticket purchases are for season pass holders, military and seniors since the 10% discount is only available in person.

Military + 3 dependents are allowed a 10% discount on general admission tickets only.

The senior discount is 10% off for the individual.

Can we walk through multiple times in the same night with only a single ticket?

YES! You have access to all the attractions during the duration of your visit. We find that most people spend around 2.5 hours at our venue. We do also offer season passes, so you can come to play multiple times in the season.

Restrooms

We worked so hard to get luxury Porta Potties, but we couldn’t do it this year; instead, we have traditional Porta Potties on site. 

Rain Policy :

If the event closes because of rain, your ticket will be transferred to another day.

No Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds. Tickets are transferable to dates that match the price of your original date of purchase.

Season Passes are Not Transferable. ID is required for adults.

Can tickets be transferred to another date?

Yes! Transferring general admission tickets to another individual or another date is easy-peasy! Just show up with your QR code. General admission tickets do not require ID.
